We are working with an on-site property management company to rent our villa. They allow us to book what is known as "friend of owner" rentals. We simply call them, check the availability of the dates and reserve the unit in your name. During your stay, you pay a minimal fee to them for things like keys, cleaning, telephone, service calls, etc. Rental rates vary seasonally, but this enables us to rent the villa to you at a substantial discount.

The rental rate per night varies from $140 to $210, depending on the season and length of stay (accurate as of 05/2002, subject to change)

Weekly rentals are preferred in summer (Saturday to Saturday). Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning between visits. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
